What does INTENT do ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

INTENT is an \u201cinfrastructure incubator\u201d building large scale GHG mitigation impact opportunities into investable projects. INTENT uses an ecosystem approach by using a stakeholder participatory approach during the development of projects to mitigate risks and create value for all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will leverage and build on existing sector specific technical and economic feasibility studies, if required design and execute pilots and incubate projects which can achieve impact at scale. Projects when developed will be offered to qualified participants and investors through the platform. Where necessary, INTENT will support policy research to enable transition and ease climate financing to projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How We Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Projects typically take between 6 and 10 months to prepare. This means demand is aggregated, contracts are prepared, risks are mitigated, offtake is secured, and the project is ready to receive investment. INTENT will remain the independent party in all project development and remain solely focused on outcomes. INTENT may also employ methods to facilitate competition within the industry to achieve better economics, technology and impact objectives for developed projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participating investors can assess structured projects to deploy capital at scale with clear outcomes and impact objectives, leveraging strengths of multiple stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
